The school is sited at a number of locations in West Auckland including the base school. The students of the school can experience through placements in classrooms at local schools the benefit of special education from staff employed by Arohanui as well as the learning and opportunities presented by a regular school environment. The school has ten (10) sites which include the Base School (classes, administrative, specialist and therapy services), and a number of classes sited in nine (9) local primary and intermediate schools (including a local Catholic Integrated school)
