Are you an Occupational Therapist looking to make a difference in a new role within a unique work environment? Then we want you!
This is a permanent position and involves a varied caseload, working collaboratively with teachers, whanau, therapists and teacher aides to enhance learning outcomes for our students.
The ideal applicant will have:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to learners with disabilities and their families and whanau
The ability to consult and set priorities while considering the needs of all stakeholders
The capacity to work within classrooms to establish effective practice and to meet both group and individual goals
A knowledge of ASD approaches, sensory processing, hand function, play and equipment accreditation

Teacher Aide
Type Permanent, part time
25 hours per week
Term time only
We are looking for reliable, energetic people who would love the opportunity to work with and alongside our young people.
The positions available require experienced teacher aides or individuals with experience in supporting neuro diverse young people. You need to be passionate about this work, able to work well as part of a team, and able to learn and apply specialised teaching approaches. The hours are 9am to 2.30pm, 5 days per week, term time only. A job description can be emailed to you if required.
